What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, make sure to note it when signing for delivery. If you cannot inspect the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the receipt. If your item arrives damaged, please email photos to info@eternalglowessential.com, and we will process a replacement or compensation.
