Refunds & Returns Policy

At Eternal Glow Essentials, we want you to feel confident in your purchases, which is why we’ve made our return and refund process clear and easy to follow.

1. Return Time Frame:

   • You can return items within 30 days of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we won't be able to accept the return.

2. Shipping Costs:

   • If your item is damaged or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.

   • If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Defective or Broken Products:

   • If your item is defective or broken, please contact us within 30 days. We will help you return it at no additional charge. Once we receive the item and confirm the issue, we will either replace it or issue a refund, including any shipping charges.

4. Change of Mind Returns:

   • If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. Please ensure the item is unused and still in its original packaging. You will need to cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will refund the price of the item, minus the shipping cost.

5. Refunds:

   • After we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will notify you by email. We will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take a few extra days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.
