What if my product is damaged?

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage, even to the box itself, make sure to note it when signing for delivery. If you cannot open the package at the time of delivery but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Should your item arrive damaged, please send photos to info@eternalglowessential.com, and we will process a replacement or refund, typically within 1 business day.
